CMS mode queries one collection with an exact slug match and a limit of two.
- One match renders that event.
- Zero matches, or two matches, show a diagnostic in the editor and no actions on the published site.
- The collection must already be readable by visitors. This app does not create a collection or change its permissions.
- DateTime fields are instants. Date-only fields are for all-day events.
In the widget panel, pick the collection and map title, slug, start, end, location, description, and optional time zone fields. The panel can suggest slug route patterns when Wix exposes them on the field.
The default route pattern is /events/:slug. Ordinary dynamic-page navigations are not all covered by an in-place URL listener, so confirm the buttons after a real page change.
