The Passkey Login Button is a custom-element widget (passkey-login-button) you add on the canvas.
What it does
When a visitor clicks it, the widget starts a WebAuthn authentication ceremony through the app APIs. On success, the member is signed in with Wix Members.
When to use it
Place it next to (or instead of) a password login control on pages where members return.
Notes
- Members must already have a passkey enrolled (see Passkey Settings).
- The button does not create a member account.
- Style and labels come from the widget settings panel.
