1. Who we are
CMS for Harmony is a Wix App Market app that adds CMS-powered widgets (Table, Repeater, Slideshow, Media Gallery, Calendar, Dynamic Page, and Form) to Wix sites, including Wix Harmony. The Site is the product landing page and app manager companion for the App.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and have a valid Wix account with permission to install apps on the relevant site. You are responsible for activity under your Wix account and for keeping access credentials secure. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. The service
Subject to these Terms and applicable plan limits, we provide the App so you can display and interact with CMS (and supported External database) content through our widgets on your Wix site. Features may include search and filters, Quick view, Dynamic Page links, catalog and form payments via Wix Checkout, Form contact/member creation and Automations triggers, and External databases (Google Sheets, Airtable, and Notion) on supported widgets.
The App ships app widgets only. It does not bind CMS data to native Harmony Text, Image, Button, or similar built-in elements. Product scope and availability may change as we improve the App; paid features may require an active paid plan.
4. Wix platform and third parties
The App runs on the Wix platform. Your use of Wix (including hosting, CMS, checkout, Automations, and billing) is also governed by Wix’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for Wix platform outages, policy changes, or limitations outside our control.
If you connect External databases or other third-party services (for example Google, Airtable, or Notion), your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for having rights to the data you connect and for configuring sharing and permissions appropriately.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App and Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law
- Ensure content you publish through the App (including CMS items, form submissions you choose to store, and External database content) does not infringe others’ rights or violate law
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or interfere with the App, Site, or related APIs except as allowed by law
- Not use the App to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content, or to scrape or harvest data in ways that violate third-party terms
- Keep External database credentials, OAuth grants, and share links under your control and disconnect them when no longer needed
6. Plans, fees, and taxes
The App may offer free and paid tiers (for example free connection limits for External databases, or Pro features such as unlimited connections, branding removal, or payments-related capabilities). Plan names, prices, and included features are shown in the Wix App Market / app billing UI and may change.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Wix. Refunds, cancellations, and invoice disputes follow Wix’s billing process for the App. Taxes may apply as determined by Wix or applicable law. Unpaid or expired plans may result in loss of paid features while free functionality (if any) continues subject to these Terms.
7. Payments features
Where enabled, catalog payments (Add to cart / Buy now) and Form pay-on-submit use Wix Checkout and your site’s Wix payment configuration. We do not process card payments ourselves. You are responsible for product pricing, tax/shipping settings, fulfillment, refunds to your customers, and compliance with consumer and payment laws. We are not a party to transactions between you and your site visitors.
8. Free starter sites
If you use a free starter site offer on the Site, the resulting Wix site and co-owner invite are subject to Wix’s terms. We may rate-limit or discontinue the offer. You remain responsible for the site after creation.
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the App, Site, branding, and related software (excluding your content and third-party platforms). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Wix sites while installed and in good standing under these Terms. You retain ownership of your site content and data you connect; you grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the App features you enable.
10. Feedback
If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.
11. Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App or Site, you acknowledge that policy.
12. Disclaimers
THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Wix site, Editor, or third-party service configuration.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WIX WIZ AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP OR SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
14. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify The Wix Wiz and its operators against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the App or Site, your External database connections, your customer transactions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the App by uninstalling it from your Wix site. We may suspend or terminate access to the App or Site if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if required by Wix or law. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) survive termination.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App or Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. If you do not agree, uninstall the App and stop using the Site.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to The Wix Wiz’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. Courts in that venue will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to those mandatory protections.
