Clinics and wellness centers often need a public schedule plus a provider directory — content that changes weekly, not a full bookings product rebuild.
Highlights: Calendar for sessions + Repeater for providers + optional request Form.
1. Sessions collection
Create Sessions (or Classes) with:
- Title, Provider or room (text or reference)
- Start date/time (DATE or DATETIME), optional End
- Type (consult, class, workshop), Location, notes
2. Calendar display
Add the Calendar widget, connect Sessions, and point it at the start (and optional end) fields. Choose month or week view. Optionally enable search/filters (for example by type or location) and set click behavior to details or a Dynamic Page.
3. Providers directory
Create Providers with Name, Role, Photo, Bio, and specialties. Add a Repeater on a Providers page and map those fields. Link to profile Dynamic Pages if you want one URL per clinician.
4. Appointment request Form
Create Requests with Name, Email, Phone, Preferred provider, Preferred time, and Message. Add Form, connect Requests, and place it near the calendar or on Contact.
This captures intent into CMS; it does not replace a full bookings checkout flow.
5. Publish
Add a few sessions and confirm they appear on the correct days. Staff keep the calendar current from the CMS.
