Agencies need searchable listings visitors can narrow by location, price, and type — then open a dedicated property page.
Highlights: Repeater or Table + search & filters + Dynamic Page links.
1. Model Listings
Create a Listings collection with fields such as:
- Title / address, City or neighborhood, Property type
- Price (number), Beds, Baths, Status (for sale, for rent, sold)
- Cover image, short description, optional Address field
Add a native collection page (More actions → Add collection page) so each listing has a shareable URL.
2. Listings index
Add Repeater (card grid) or Table (dense inventory). Connect Listings and map the fields buyers scan first: photo, price, beds/baths, location.
3. Search and filters
Enable search and filters on the display. Typical filters:
- City or neighborhood (Choose / text)
- Property type
- Price range
- Status
See Search & filters for match conditions and fixed Choose-value filters.
4. Property detail pages
Add Dynamic Page, connect Listings, and map description, specs, and images. On the index, turn on Dynamic Page links so cards or rows open the item URL.
5. Publish
Test filter combinations and a few listing URLs. Agents update price and status in the CMS; the live list stays in sync.
